Users may not use AI Creator Cloud to create or distribute illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content.
Prohibited uses include adult sexual content, non-consensual likeness or voice use, impersonation, political manipulation, fraud, hate or harassment, illegal products or services, medical or financial claims without substantiation, and content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
Users must not generate false product claims, fake testimonials, fake expert endorsements, misleading before-and-after results, or unsupported health, safety, or performance promises.
We may suspend accounts, refuse generation, remove content, or report abuse where appropriate.
