AI Creator Cloud uses credits for AI generation tasks.
If a generation task fails before a usable output is returned, reserved credits may be automatically refunded to the user account.
Completed generation tasks are generally not refundable because third-party AI model costs are incurred at generation time. We may review exceptional cases at our discretion.
