By using AI Creator Cloud, you agree to these terms. The service provides AI-assisted creative tools for generating images, videos, scripts, captions, and related marketing assets.
You are responsible for the assets, prompts, claims, and outputs you create or publish. You must have rights to upload product images, videos, logos, faces, voices, and other materials.
AI outputs may contain errors, visual artifacts, inaccurate text, or unrealistic details. Users must review all outputs before publication and must not represent AI-generated content as verified customer experience, expert advice, or guaranteed product performance.
Paid credits may be used for generation tasks. Failed tasks may be refunded according to the service logic and refund policy.
