By using AI Creator Cloud or purchasing credits, you agree to these terms. AI Creator Cloud provides digital AI-assisted tools for product videos, images, scripts, captions, and related commerce creative workflows.
An account is required to receive and use purchased credits. You are responsible for accurate account details, password security, and activity under your account.
Public packages are one-time purchases in USD and do not create a subscription. Credits are delivered after successful payment confirmation and can be used for available paid generation tasks. Generation cost can vary by model, duration, quality, and quantity; an estimate is shown before a paid task starts.
Before purchasing, customers must review the package, amount, digital delivery, cancellation, refund, and applicable service terms. Card details are handled through the selected payment processor and are not stored by the marketing website.
You may cancel before checkout completes without charge. Refunds, failed-task credits, unused credits, and digital return treatment follow the Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded product images, video, logos, faces, voices, music, and other materials. You are responsible for prompts, product claims, outputs, and compliance with marketplace and advertising rules.
AI outputs may contain errors, visual artifacts, inaccurate text, product distortion, or unrealistic details. Results are probabilistic and are not guaranteed to meet subjective expectations. Users must review outputs before publication or commercial use.
Models, generation capacity, output quality, and processing time can change. We may reject prohibited requests, investigate abuse, or suspend accounts that violate these terms or the acceptable use policy.
