Credits are digital services delivered to the purchaser's account after payment confirmation. Most confirmed orders are credited promptly; unusual payment signals may require manual review.
Cancellation and returns
Customers may cancel before completing checkout without charge. There is no physical return. Because these are one-time packages, there is no recurring subscription to cancel.
Refunds
Unused credits may be reviewed where required by law. Completed AI generations generally incur third-party model costs. Failed paid generations may receive unused reserved credits back under the published refund policy.
