AI Creator Cloud provides digital AI creative services and one-time credit packages for AI-assisted generation.
Include the account username or email, Stripe order or payment reference if available, package name, amount, currency, and a short description of the issue. Do not email full card numbers, passwords, or security codes.
Include the project name, approximate task time, selected model, charged or reserved credits, and the observed problem. Failed-task refund eligibility follows the Refund Policy.
